How to get a helpful reply

Please include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what you were doing in the app. That helps us understand the issue and respond clearly.

Purchases

Remove Ads and restore a purchase

Starting with version 1.1, Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. To restore it after reinstalling the app or moving to another device, open Settings in Uplifting Bubbles and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase.

Customers who originally downloaded a paid version of Uplifting Bubbles keep ad-free access automatically. If the app does not recognize that access, contact support with the app version and device model. Do not send receipts, passwords, or other account credentials.
